Counseling Made for You
You might be here because:
Your mind won’t slow down, and anxiety keeps showing up no matter what you try
You feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or constantly “on edge”
You’ve been dealing with depression, low motivation, or disconnection
You’re carrying experiences from the past that still affect how you feel today
Your sleep is off, and it’s starting to impact everything else
You’re navigating changes in your body or identity during peri- or post-menopause
Your relationship feels strained, especially if you and your partner experience the world differently
Or maybe it’s harder to put into words. Either way, something brought you here, and that matters.
A space that’s built around you
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Here, there’s no pressure, no need to perform, and no need to try to say the “right” thing every session.
In our sessions, you get to show up as you are, and we figure things out together. I create a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin sorting through what’s been weighing on you.
I believe therapy should lead to real change, not just stay in the talking stage, so we’ll work in a way that feels manageable and grounded in your everyday life.
What I help with
I work with adults and couples navigating:
Anxiety and chronic worry
Depression and low motivation
Trauma and lingering emotional impact (including EMDR-informed work)
Stress and overwhelm
Sleep issues and insomnia
Life transitions and feeling stuck
Relationship challenges, including neurodiverse couples
Emotional changes related to peri- and post-menopause
If you don’t feel you fit into one of these categories, or maybe you fit several, that’s okay too.
How we’ll work together
My work draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR for trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and client-centered care.
That means in our sessions:
We’ll understand what’s driving the patterns you’re stuck in
You’ll learn tools that you can actually use outside of sessions
We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you
You’ll have a space where your experience is taken seriously
This is your space to be honest about what’s going on.
Getting started is simple
If you’re unsure whether therapy is the right fit, that’s completely okay. I offer a free 15–20 minute consultation so you can ask questions, share a little about what’s going on, and see if working together feels right for you.

You don’t have to figure this out alone
Reaching out can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been handling things on your own for a long time.
You don’t need the perfect words. You don’t need to have everything figured out. All you need is a place to begin.
